The Island Estates Neighborhood Watch Group is composed of the single family residences, condominiums, and businesses east of the main portion of Clearwater Beach and north of the Memorial Causeway - this area is commonly referred to as Island Estates. This group includes the Island Estates Association and the other individual condominium associations.
