The South Avenue Neighborhood Association meets monthly on an as-needed basis and represents South Avenue, Eastman Terrace, Franklin Street, Dean Place, Reade Place, Lincoln Avenue, Suncrest Court, Columbia Street, Young Street, Oak Street, Linwood Avenue and a portion of Livingston Street. The Association?s main objective is to improve the quality of life for the residents of the South Avenue area. Functions of the Association include neighborhood crime watch, clean-up, providing meals for the elderly and low income families of our area and organizing activities for area youth.
