On April 14, 2009 Roy C. Emery a 37 year old male was arrested for an outstanding warrant charging him with simple assault domestic and felony domestic vandalism.  The arrest stems from an event that occurred at 503 David Circle, in Johnson City on February 28, 2009.  He is currently being held on a $11,000.00 bond in the Washington County Detention Center.   He  will be arraigned on April 15, 2009.
