On April 6, 2009 officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Misty Dawn Zdonowicz, 27 yr old w/f, General Delivery, Johnson City, TN.  Ms. Zdonowicz was charged with Theft of Property over $500.00.  The arrest was the result of an investigation where money was taken from Sunoco Markets in Johnson City by Ms. Zdonowicz doing a “quick exchange” scam involving prepaid credit cards.  Ms. Zdonowicz was able to obtain $800 by doing the scam.  She is now currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $10,000.00 bond.  She is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on April 7, 2009, 9:00 am.
