On 05/16/25, at approximately 10:54 pm, Brooklyn Park police officers arrested an adult male in relation to this case. The investigation into this incident is ongoing.

On 05/16/25, at approximately 1:07pm, officers with the Brooklyn Park Police Department, along with EMS, responded to the 7300 block of York Ave N for a person bleeding with a head injury. Officers determined the injuries occurred from an assault, and the victim was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. No arrests have been made, but the suspect and victim are known to each other. The investigation remains ongoing.
