On February 14, 2025, at approximately 11:37a.m., Kokomo Police Investigators served a search warrant at a residence in the 5000 block of Peshewa Court in Kokomo.  As a result of the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued out of Howard County for the arrest of Donald A. Hubbard, age 59, of Kokomo.  Hubbard was arrested on March 18, 2025, on (2) counts of Possession of Child Pornography, Level 6 Felonies.
