In the afternoon of 03/17/25, Brooklyn Park Police, St. Cloud Police Department, and the Anoka County Sheriff's Office conducted training at 4120 85th Ave. N. Brooklyn Park and in the 8600 block of Mattson Brook Lane Brooklyn Park. The training focused on different breaching techniques, which caused some noise disturbance.  All activity was related to training only.
