The family has been identified and the male is reunited with them.

A non-verbal, vulnerable male was located in the area of 97th Ave N and Noble Parkway by a citizen.  Officers are currently trying to locate family or caregivers for them.  The male is African-American, in his late teens to early 20's, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and 120-130 pounds.  He is wearing a white/red t-shirt with the word "RESPECT" across the chest, blue sweatpants with red stripes on the sides, and black NIKE sneakers.  His picture is attached.  If anyone recognizes this young man, please contact the Brooklyn Park Police Department at 763-493-8222.
