On Monday 12/9/2024 at 22:05 pm the Brooklyn Park Fire Department was dispatched to the address of 5127 84ct in Brooklyn Park on the report of a structure fire. Upon arrival the fire crews encountered a 4-unit townhome with large fire involvement of one unit. The fire was quickly extinguished, and major damage was contained to one unit. The fire required the resources of a 2nd alarm to be dispatched for assistance with overhaul and final fire extinguishment. There were no reported injuries, and the cause of the fire is under investigation. This call did attract media attention and Brooklyn Park was assisted by West Metro, Brooklyn Center, Osseo, Fridley, Plymouth, and Maple Grove fire departments. North Memorial Ambulance also assisted at the scene.
