The National Weather Service in San Francisco has issued a flash flood warning for Northwestern Alameda County in northern California from Fri, Nov 22, 2:58 PM PST To Fri, Nov 22, 6:00 PM

At 258 PM PST, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in the East Bay. Between 0.7 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD-Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

IMPACT-Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
