Theft Investigations
On September 8th, 2024, the Kokomo Police received reports of vehicles being broken into in the Cedar Crest Neighborhood with items reported stolen.
Kokomo Police obtained home surveillance video depicting three individuals walking around, approaching parked cars in residential driveways, and parked on the street, attempting to enter vehicles. Their presence in the area may be linked to the recent break-ins. The safety and security of our community are of utmost importance, and your cooperation can make a significant difference.

All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
