On August 8, 2024, the Kokomo Police Department received a report of a missing person.  This person was identified as Blake Brown, 34-years-old of Kokomo.  He was described as being a black male, approximately 6'3" tall and 220 pounds.  Mr. Brown's clothing description at this time is unknown.  He is also reported to be frequently homeless.

        At the time of the report, Mr. Brown was last observed in the area of the 1500 block of East Dodge Street Kokomo, Indiana, and he was operating a 2009 Chevy HHR, red in color with Indiana Black Expo License Plate number BE7104.

        As the investigation progressed, information has since been revealed to suggest that Mr. Brown may be in the area of Marion, Indiana.

        Photos of Blake Brown are attached.  The Kokomo Police Department is requesting assistance from the public in locating Blake Brown.
