UPDATE-Within a short period of time of posting the below alert, James Rothwell, age 31, was positively identified and arrested. He is currently at the Hamilton County Justice Center charged with Theft and Criminal Trespass for violating an order issued in 2023 banning him from being on the premises of any Kroger store.

The male in this alert paid for a few items at the U-Scan at the Kroger on Delhi Road, but left the store with a cart load of groceries. If you recognize this suspect, please contact the Delhi Township Police Department at 513-922-0060 or Crimestoppers at 513-352-3040.
