On June 1, 2024, at approximately 3:00 AM, District Four officers were dispatched to 5200 Holland Drive for a report of a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located a male victim outside suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center by Cincinnati Fire, was taken into surgery, and is listed in stable condition. Officers located two additional victims inside of a residence suffering from gunshot wounds. Cincinnati Fire attempted life-saving measures and determined both victims to be deceased. The victims have been identified as Ms. Zyonn Reliford-Gilbert, 24 years of age, and Mr. Kevin Barton, 38 years of age. The investigation by the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit is ongoing. Anyone with information about this homicide is asked to call the Homicide Unit at (513) 352-3542.
