On March 30, 2024, at approximately 6:44 PM, District Four officers were dispatched to 309 W. Seymour Avenue for a report of a person shot.  Cincinnati Fire Department Personnel responded and transported the victim to The University of Cincinnati Medical Center where the victim succumbed to his injuries.  The victim has been identified as Jonathan Calhoun, 37 years of age.

The Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit, with assistance from District Four personnel, arrested and charged Keymoni Cephas, 22 years of age, with murder for the death of Mr. Calhoun. 

On April 19, 2024, The Cincinnati Police Department's Homicide unit also arrested Makayla Damico, 21 years of age, and Nigel Garrison, 23 years of age with the murder for the death of Mr. Calhoun.
