On 4/20/2024 at 8 PM, the fire department responded to 8457 Regent (The Regent Apartments) for a garage fire.  First arriving units found a fire in the end garage unit.  Auto aid/mutual aid was provided by Osseo, Plymouth and West Metro fire departments.  The fire was brought under control quickly.  There were no injuries.  The incident did not attract media attention.
