UPDATE-Attempt to Identify-Theft Suspects

UPDATE- Just minutes after posting this yesterday, we were flooded with tips identifying the suspects in the theft case from Kroger. Contact was made with both suspect's after we were able to positively identify them. One of the suspect's is a 17 year-old juvenile, so we will not be releasing his name. The other is 18 year-old Noah Rackley. Warrants were signed on both, as neither have turned themselves in yet.

The males listed in this alert stole over $190 worth of merchandise from the Delhi Kroger store. One of the males loaded up items in his backpack and the other assisted.
