TRAFFIC ADVISORY
On February 21, 2024, the Atlantic City Police Department was
advised that the New Jersey Department of Transportation will begin an
overnight construction project on the Route 30 draw bridge over Beach
Thorofare, located on Route 30 at milepost 56.77, as part of a larger bridge
rehabilitation project.
This work will severely impact motorists entering and exiting
Route 30. The work is tentatively scheduled to begin Monday, February 26, 2024,
through Friday, March 1, 2024, nightly, 9 PM to 5 AM. During the work, the
bridge will be raised and traffic will be stopped on Route 30 in both
