On 7/22/23 at approximately 00:03 a.m. officers were in the area of 7600 Welcome Ave. N when they heard what sounded like 10 fully automatic gun shots. Officers believed the shots were fired south of Brooklyn Blvd., north of 73rd Ave. Officers spoke to several witness, who also heard the shots fired, but were unable to provide any further details. Officers were not able to locate where the shots had been fired.
