The Niles Police Department in conjunction with the Illinois Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run will be conducting the Dunkin Donuts “Cop on Top” Event on June 1, 2012 from 5:00 a.m. to 2 p.m.

In 2011 over $217,000 was raised at over 125 locations state-wide to benefit the Illinois Special Olympics.

The Niles Police Department will be conducting three “Roof Top Stakeouts at three Dunkin Donuts locations in Niles. Those locations are:

• 7039 W. Dempster
• 7525 N. Harlem
• 7235 N. Caldwell

Everyone who visits the Cop on Top Rooftop Stakeout Store and makes a donation to the Torch Run will receive a free donut. People who donate at least $10 will also receive a Law Enforcement Torch Run Travel Mug and coupon for free coffee.

Donation Cans are located throughout the Village of Niles. Please donate what you can to help this very worthy cause.
