On 5/14/22 at 10:42 PM., officers were dispatched to a report of an armed car jacking in progress in the 5800 block of 73rd Ave. N., Brooklyn Park, MN. Officers found the victim and determined that 2 males armed with handguns assaulted him and took his vehicle. The suspects took the victim's vehicle and fled the location. Officers later located the victim’s vehicle unoccupied, and it was processed by Hennepin County CSI. This incident is under active investigation.
