On December 20, 2021, at 6:20 a.m., the Brooklyn Park Police Department took a missing person report on Jymirah Jacqueline Chatman, DOB 07/09/2005.  She was last seen at her home the night before at 11:00 p.m. Jymirah left a note indicating she was leaving but would return.    

Brooklyn Park Police investigators determined today that at approximately 4:00 a.m. on the day Jymirah was reported missing, she was a passenger in a blue 2002 Toyota Camry that was involved in a single car accident on I-94 near Mauston, Wisconsin. She was with a 32-year-old man identified by police officers as Jorj Michael Austin, DOB 11/18/1989, from Detroit, Michigan.    

Jymirah was last seen wearing a black sweater, black shoes, black coat with pink fur, and a black backpack.
