MEDIA RELEASE
December 23, 2021
On December 21, 2021,
at approximately 6:30 PM, District Three officers responded to the report of a shooting
in the 4300 block of Cappel Drive. Upon arrival, responding officers located a male
victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Cincinnati Fire Department
personnel responded and determined the victim to be deceased. The victim was identified
as Tyler Lee, a male 18 years of age.
A photo of the victim is
not available.
On December 23, 2021,
with the assistance of the Fugitive Apprehension Squad, Jack Grubbs was
arrested on a Murder Warrant for causing the death of Mr. Lee. Mr. Grubbs will
remain in the care and custody of the Kenton County Jail pending extradition.
