ACPD Conducting Death Investigation
For Immediate Release:
August 18, 2021
The Atlantic City Police Department is conducting an
investigation into the death of a man who was found in the beach block of
Michigan Avenue.
On August 17, 2021 at 6:38 am, patrol officers responded to the
beach block of Michigan Avenue for a report of a man who fell from Bally’s
parking garage and was found in the street. Medical personnel arrived on scene
and the man was pronounced deceased. The identity of the man is being withheld
pending next of kin notification.
