Car Stop Leads to Recovery of Guns, Drugs and Materials for a Meth Lab, 4 Arrested

On December 10, 2020, four Pennsylvania residents were
arrested during a car stop where guns, drugs and materials for a meth lab were
located.
At 10:37 am, Officer Aaron Jones conducted a motor vehicle
stop in the 1500 block of Atlantic Avenue after observing one of the occupants
engage in a drug transaction.
During the investigation, all four occupants were arrested
after officers located a 22-caliber rifle, a handgun, 17 grams of
methamphetamine, a small amount of heroin, and a large bag containing items to
cook, produce, and store methamphetamine.
The New Jersey State Police Hazardous Materials Response Team
were called in to assist in this investigation.
ARRESTED: Colleen
Coffin, 41, of Havertown, PA.
CHARGES: Maintaining a
CDS production facility, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose,
unlawful possession of a weapon (two counts), possession of a ghost gun,
possession of CDS (two counts), possession of CDS with intent to distribute,
possession of CDS with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public zone,
and possession of CDS with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school
zone.
ARRESTED: Timothy
Collins, 34, of Downington, PA.
CHARGES: Maintaining a
CDS production facility, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose,
unlawful possession of a weapon (two counts), possession of a ghost gun,
possession of CDS (two counts), possession of CDS with intent to distribute,
possession of CDS with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public zone,
possession of CDS with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school zone,
and certain person not to possess a weapon.
ARRESTED: Juliya Hess,
27, of Downington, PA.
CHARGES: Maintaining a
CDS production facility, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose,
unlawful possession of a weapon (two counts), possession of a ghost gun,
possession of CDS (two counts), possession of CDS with intent to distribute,
possession of CDS with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public zone, and
possession of CDS with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school zone.
ARRESTED: Timothy
Kurkierewicz, 41, of Havertown, PA.
CHARGES: Maintaining a
CDS production facility, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose,
unlawful possession of a weapon (two counts), possession of a ghost gun,
possession of CDS (two counts), possession of CDS with intent to distribute,
possession of CDS with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public zone,
possession of CDS with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school zone,
and certain person not to possess a weapon.
All four individuals were remanded to the Atlantic County
Justice Facility.
