Search Warrant Leads to One Arrest and Drugs Recovered

On December 1, 2020, a residential search warrant led to the
arrest of a man and the recovery of cocaine and heroin.
Members of the department’s Tactical Operations Unit and
Special Investigations Section conducted a residential search warrant in the
700 block of Michigan Avenue. The target
of the investigation, Tyron Outlaw, was located outside his residence and was
taken into custody without incident. During
a search of the residence, officers located 341 bags of heroin and 22 grams of
cocaine.
The investigation was led by Officer Christopher Dodson.
ARRESTED: Tyron
Outlaw, 43, of Atlantic City.
CHARGES: Two counts
each of possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), possession with
intent to distribute CDS, and possession with intent to distribute CDS within
500 feet of a public zone.
Outlaw was released on a summons with a future court date.
