Street Crimes Unit Arrest 8 Individuals During Search Warrant.
On the evening of March 28, 2020, the Panama City Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit executed a Search Warrant on the property of 128 Kraft Avenue. The Search Warrant was based on probable cause of illegal drug activity taking place on the property. Through the course of the investigation, approximately two ounces of methamphetamine were seized, along with a firearm, ammunition, marijuana, alprazolam pills, and various drug paraphernalia. The following eight individuals were arrested:
Cheryl Bondowsky, 42 years old, of Panama City Possession of Methamphetamine Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Ronald Burton, 42 years old, of Panama City Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon Possession of a Firearm w/ Altered Serial Number Possession of Ammunition by Convicted Felon
Joilena Delarm, 36 years old, of Panama City Possession of Methamphetamine Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Andora Dupree, 53 years old, of Panama City Calhoun County Warrant for Possession of Marijuana
James Gill, 32 years old, of Panama City Possession of Methamphetamine Possession of Alprazolam Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Brandon Palmer, 34 years old, of Panama City Giving False Name to Law Enforcement Bay County Warrant for Burglary
Julia Pullen, 43 years old of Panama City Possession of Ammunition by Convicted Felon Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Joseph Shields, 42 years old, of Panama City Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Violation of Probation
