On March 26, 2020, Troy Reese Turner was taken into custody by the United States Marshal Florida Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force. Reese is charged with 3 counts of failure to register as a sex offender and corruption by threats to a public servant. Additionally, 41-year-old Robin Gragg of Panama City, Florida is charged with harboring a sex offender for assisting Turner to evade law enforcement.
