Wanted Convicted Sexual Offender - Troy Reese Turner

On March 26, 2020, Troy Reese Turner was taken into custody by the United States Marshal Florida Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force. Reese is charged with 3 counts of failure to register as a sex offender and corruption by threats to a public servant. Additionally, 41-year-old Robin Gragg of Panama City, Florida is charged with harboring a sex offender for assisting Reese to evade law enforcement.

The Panama City Police Department is seeking assistance from the public regarding wanted convicted sexual offender Troy Reese Turner. Turner currently has an active arrest warrant for three counts of failure to register as a sexual offender.
