Charges: Driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, operating a vehicle while suspended, uninsured motorist, opened alcoholic container in a motor vehicle, refusing to provide breath samples for chemical testing, and hindering his own apprehension by providing a false name during the course of the aforementioned investigation.  He was also processed on an active contempt warrant out of Bridgeton Municipal Court in the amount of $750.00 for driving while intoxicated and refusing to provide breath samples.  Russell was transported to Cumberland County Jail in lieu of bail.
