For Immediate Release:  July 20, 2019

On June 20, 2019 at approximately 1:00 am, patrol officers responded to the AltantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, for a report of a gunshot victim that walked into the emergency room.  The victim, 29 years old, suffered a non-fatal injury.  The location of the shooting is unknown at this time.  The investigation is being led by the Violent Crimes Unit.
