AMBER Alert 

Police are issuing an AMBER Alert after the Kidnapping of 8-year-old Leonardo Ortega and 2-year-old Matias Carrillo. The suspect is 26-year-old Justin Carrillo. On Saturday June 29, 2019 at approximately 5:00 AM the Suspect took the children from a residence at 5700 block of Valley Lilac El Paso Texas. . The supect is the biological father of Matias Carrillo and the step father of Leonardo Ortega. Police have reason to believe that Carrillo is suicidal and is also a concealed handgun license holder.
