(October 12, 2018) York, PA - Today the York City Police Detective Division obtained arrest warrants for Rahmeire Shereif Bradshaw, age 20, of 3145 Carlisle Rd. Dover PA 17315 and Myannh “Milo” Andrew Legette, age 21, with no fixed address, for the shooting death of Tyler Owens.

Both Bradshaw and Legette were charged with Criminal Homicide, Robbery and Criminal Conspiracy to commit Robbery.
