The above runaway was last seen on  07/24/2018 at 4 pm in the Over The Rhine area near Findlay St.  He maybe riding his bike( unknown  color) around the OTR area.The runaway report was made on 08/07/2018 at 2:46 pm. He is in good physical condition ,but his mental health is not. There is a runaway warrant on file at this time.
