Arrest Warrants Issued for York City Shooting
The York City Police Detective Division obtained arrest warrants for two males in connection with the shooting that took place on March 7th, 2018 around 2:30pm in the 1st block of N. Duke St. A male from Baltimore was shot and treated for his injuries during this incident. He has since been discharged from York Hospital. This incident is still under investigation.
WANTED
Matthew L. Hughes Jr., age 19, of York, PA
Shyquel R. Folk, age 15, of York, PA(Charged as an adult)
Both Hughes and Folk are wanted for the following charges:
1. Aggravated Assault with a Firearm
2. Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Assault
3. Firearms Not To Be Carried Without A License
4. Recklessly Endangering Another Person.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Matthew Hughes or Shyquel Folk, is asked to contact the York City Police in one of the following ways:
