On January 19th, at 10:12 pm, Officers responded to 240 N Byhalia Rd Collierville TN 38017 to Kroger Pharmacy on an armed robbery report. 

Pharmacist (victim) described the suspect as an African American male, with short hair, approximately 5'10," wearing a brown leather jacket, blue jeans, a white surgical mask, and a gray skull cap.  Victim advised that the suspect produced a pistol (unknown type) and demanded all of the oxycontin.  Suspect took the oxycontin and ran out of the store.  Another employee observed the suspect running to a red sedan, only description he could provide.  Detectives arrived on the scene and will be processing all evidence, including any video evidence from Kroger and the surrounding area.
