Rivera was arrested for theft of auto after taking a vehicle valued at $8000.00 from the parking lot of 33 W. Chestnut Avenue (Chestnut Square Apartments).  Rivera was apprehended a short time later after she was involved in a collision with the stolen vehicle at 2nd Street and Bortle Avnue.  Rivera was also found to have outstanding warrants issued by Vineland and Millville Municipal Courts.  She was processed and held at the Cumberland County Jail.
