Hamiton County Heroin Task Force Honors Delhi Detectives with "Award of Excellence"
Three officers from the Delhi Township Police Department
have been honored for their efforts in the war on heroin.
The Hamilton County Heroin Task Force cited Lt. Joe
Macaluso, Det. Joe Ruwe and Det. Adam Cox for their hard work, dedication and
cooperation with the task force, conferring on them the “Award of Excellence”.
The task force was created in 2015 by the Hamilton County
Association of Chiefs of Police. Its emphasis is on tracking down and prosecuting
the source dealer of heroin that had led to an overdose or overdose death.
