For Immediate Release:  August 5, 2017

On August 4, 2017, detectives of the Special Investigations Section conducted an operation targeting the possession and distribution of narcotics and prostitution along Pacific Avenue.  As a result, 15 individuals were arrested as well as heroin, cocaine, and marijuana.  One of the arrests resulted in the recovery of six pounds of marijuana from Morris Joyce.  Detectives also seized $5,000 from Joyce that is proceeds from his illegal narcotic sales. 

The below individuals were arrested and released on a summons with a future court date.

ARRESTED:  Morris Joyce, a 35 year old male from Atlantic City.

CHARGES:  Possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession with intent to distribute CDS.

ARRESTED:  Daryl Rinaldi, a 27 year old male from Little Egg Harbor, NJ.

CHARGES:  Possession of CDS and possession of CDS paraphernalia.

ARRESTED:  Robert Massimino, a 49 year old male from Ocean View, NJ

CHARGES:  Possession of CDS paraphernalia

ARRESTED:  Donique Byers, a 30 year old male from Atlantic City.

CHARGES:  Loitering to distribute CDS and Possession of CDS paraphernalia.

ARRESTED:  Khalil Swain, a 27 year old male from Atlantic City.

CHARGES:  Possession of CDS, possession with intent to distribute CDS, and distribution of CDS.

ARRESTED:  Jennifer Bonomo, a 41 year old female from Atlantic City.

CHARGES:  Possession of CDS.

ARRESTED:  Rashawn Sanderlin, an 18 year old male from Atlantic City.

CHARGES:  Possession of CDS and possession with intent to distribute CDS.

ARRESTED:  Jonathan Baake, a 32 year old male from Atlantic City.

CHARGES:  Possession of CDS.

ARRESTED:  Randy Acosta, a 29 year old male from Philadelphia, PA.

CHARGES:  Possession of CDS

ARRESTED:  Jonathan Porter, unknown age from Trenton, NJ.

CHARGES:  Possession of CDS, possession with intent to distribute CDS, and conspiracy.

ARRESTED:  Shakur Wright, a 24 year old male from Trenton, NJ

CHARGES:  Possession of CDS, possession with intent to distribute CDS, and conspiracy.

ARRESTED:  Colleen Curran, a 26 year old female from Galloway, NJ.

CHARGES:  Prostitution

ARRESTED:  Kara Oswald, a 38 year old female from Sewell, NJ.

CHARGES:  Prostitution

The below individuals were remanded to the Atlantic County Justice Facility.

ARRESTED:  Walter Washington, a 28 year old male from Atlantic City.

CHARGES:  Two counts of possession of CDS (heroin and cocaine), possession with intent to distribute CDS (heroin), terroristic threats, and disorderly conduct.

ARRESTED:  Richard Zakreski, a 43 year old male from Erial, NJ.

CHARGES:  Contempt of court warrant.
