Friday, July 14, 2017 ~7:45 a.m. Verizon customers are having trouble calling other telephone numbers. Audio goes out upon connection if you even get connected. This even affects calling non-emergency telephone numbers in all or Dispatch Centers. This is effecting at least a large portion of West Tennessee as far as we know at this time. If you have a life and death emergency call 9-1-1. You are still able to call 9-1-1 from a Verizon phone at this time.
