On 7/10/17 the York City Police Dept. Investigative Division obtained arrest warrants for two suspects in the murder of Lester Cortes-Cotto.

  Juan Castro- Oquendo DOB 2/21/82 and Jose Castro-Oquendo DOB 12/9/85 are both charged with Criminal Homicide and Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Homicide.

  The YCPD is actively searching for both subjects to answer to these charges. If anyone has knowledge of the location of these individuals, they are encouraged to call the YCPD Detective Division @ 717-849-2219 or Text 411 TIPS.
