6/26/2017 Cory D. Looney, a 28 year old male, was arrested and Incarcerated at the Elkhart County Correctional Facility for Failure to Register a Level 6 Felony. 

On 6/26/2017 at around 3:50pm, Erica Rowe, 24, and Dustin Bradley, 30, had punched each other in the head and face repeatedly in the presence of children in the 17000 block of CR 42 in Goshen. Erica Rowe and Dustin Bradley were incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail.
