Details: During the course of an investigation, Velazquez was determined to be wanted on an outstanding Vineland City Warrant with bail set at $550.00 Full. Velazquez was released on his own recognizance per the Vineland Municipal Court. Fenske was determined to be wanted on an outstanding Millville City Warrant with bail set at $751.00 Full and a Cumberland County Superior Court Warrant with no bail. Search incident to arrest, Fenske was determined to be in possession of two forms of prescription medication without a prescription and drug paraphernalia. Fenske was held on bail.

Details: During the course of a motor vehicle stop, Milbourne and Caraballo were both determined to be wanted on Camden City Municipal Court warrants. Search incident to arrest, Caraballo was determined to be in possession of Heroin, Suboxone and drug paraphernalia. Per the Camden Municipal Court, Mibourne ($600.00 Full) and Caraballo ($100.00 Full) were released on their own recognizance. Caraballo was released on a summons.

Martinez was determined to be wanted on an outstanding Franklinville warrant with bail set at $124.00 Full. Martinez was released on his own recognizance per the Franklinville Municipal Court.

Arrested: 17 year old juvenile male of South Sixth Street, Vineland NJ

Charge: Possession of Marijuana Under 50 Grams

Status: Released on Summons

Details: During the course of an Investigation, five subjects were approached within the Vineland Garden Apartment complex. The odor of Marijuana was detected at which time Portalatin, Simmons and a 17 year old juvenile were arrested after they each were determined to be in possession of Marijuana. Portalatin and Simmons were released on summonses. A Station House Adjustment was completed for the juvenile and who was released to a guardian.
