There is currently a power outage on the southside of the City including portions of Victoria County.  Reports are that the outage began approximately 10:45 am and the outage is from about Navarro at Colorado and extends throughout the southern part of the city including downtown.   Reports indicate the power outage also includes Southwest Moody and the Upper Mission Valley Road area (FM 236).   We will update when power is restored.
