* Fatal Traffic Crash Investigation *

On Friday, April 07, 2017 at approximately 1630 hours, the Cincinnati Police Department’s Traffic Unit responded to 2701 Hillvista Lane to investigate a fatal traffic crash.

Mr. Justin Kisekka, M/58, was operating a 1997 GMC Savana 2500 van south through the parking lot when he struck a three year old child riding a three wheeled child’s toy.

Mr. Kisekka was wearing his seatbelt and uninjured during the crash.

The three year old child was critically injured and was transported by the Cincinnati Fire Department to Children’s Hospital. While being treated, the child succumbed to his injuries.

Speed and Impairment do not appear to be factors in this crash.

The Traffic Unit is continuing the investigation and any witnesses to this crash are asked to contact the Cincinnati Police Department’s Traffic Unit at 513-352-2514.
