On 28 March 2017 at approximately 1243 PM, Allentown Police Responded to an armed robbery at the Speedway, 1043 Lehigh Street. While enroute to the call, information regarding a suspect vehicle was obtained through an alert witness. Officers were able to locate the suspect vehicle and stop it in the 500 Block of Wyoming Street. Two male occupants of the vehicle were detained and later arrested by Detectives for the armed robbery.
