On 2/21/2017 at 7:39PM Tyree McKnight, 25, was stopped for a traffic violation at CR 9 north of CR 6.  Tyree McKnight was found to have warrants out of Michigan and operating a vehicle with a driving status of Suspended-Prior.  He was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail.

On February 22, 2017 at 1:37 pm, Officers of the Elkhart County Sheriff's responded to the 24000 block of CR 26 in reference to a fight.  During the course of the investigation, Jordan Addington (19) was found to be in possession of marijuana, and has been incarcerated in the Elkhart County Jail.

On 2/23/2017 at approximately 1:54AM, a suspicious vehicle was reported in the parking lot in the 27000 block of CR24. Sheriff Deputies located the vehicle exiting the parking lot. Charles Scott, 33, Damon Berry, 26, and Brandi Scott, 29, were found to be the occupants of the vehicle and were incarcerated at the Elkhart County Correctional Complex. Charles Scott was incarcerated for possession of a legend drug - Felony, and Driving while license suspended with a prior conviction - Misdemeanor. Damon Berry was incarcerated for unlawful possession of a syringe. Brandi Scott was incarcerated for possession of a legend drug - Felony, Unlawful possession of a syringe - Felony, Possession of methamphetamine - Felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia - Misdemeanor.

On 2/22/17 around 7:30PM, Mike Hartman (39) was incarcerated, after being found in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, during a traffic stop in the area of old US 33 and Ash Rd.

On 2/22/2017 at approximately 10:57 pm, Robert Frazier, 50, was stopped in the area of Ash Rd and Old US 33 for traffic violations. Robert Frazier was found to be driving while suspended prior. Robert Frazier was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail for driving while suspended prior-misdemeanor.

On 2/23/2017 at around 1:34am, Stephanie Aalfs, 23, was stopped for a traffic violation on County Road 6 east of Ash Rd., in Elkhart, Indiana. Stephanie Aalfs used a false name to hinder an investigation. She was found to have an Elkhart County Sheriff's Department warrant. Stephanie Aalfs was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail for the warrant and for false informing. Myranda Shanley, 29, was found to be a passenger in the vehicle and was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a syringe, and possession of a controlled substance. A 29 year old male was found to be a passenger in the vehicle and was found to be in possession of marijuana. The 29 year old male was issued a citation into Elkhart Magistrate Court and was released from the scene.

On 02/21/2017 it was reported unknown suspect(s) stole drain pipes from the 58000 block of Old County Road 17, Goshen, IN, between 02/12/2017 at 11:00 a.m. and 02/20/2017 at 12:00 p.m.
