Road to investigate the report of a vehicle parked near two abandoned homes.
Officers found Gardner in one of the homes. Paperwork found in the home shows
it is owned by a Trust company in West Palm Beach Florida. Gardner had two
outstanding warrants for his arrest from Hamilton Township (no bail listed.) He
was arrested for the warrants and also charged with Criminal Trespassing.

were robbed at gunpoint by 2 male subjects. Both males were wearing bandanas on
their faces at the time of the robbery. An undisclosed amount of cash was taken
from the business. The males were last seen leaving the building through the
rear door. There were no injuries as a result of the robbery.
