The above subject was arrested for several outstanding warrants at the above location. He was also charged with obstruction of justice when he would not allow himself to be searched by officers at the scene. He was processed on the following warrants and released ROR:

Louis Caselli reported the theft of a trailer to his business Bella Green Nursery which had been stored at the above location.  Mr. Caselli related his trailer is a black utility trailer with “high sides” dual axles, 15 feet long, bearing NJ REG: TKD10N valued at $3500.00. It was entered into NCIC as stolen.

On the above date, a manager from Team Nissan reported the theft of a 2016 Nissan N.V. vehicle which had been delivered to the dealership on 10/13/2016. The vehicle was parked on the north side lot and on 01/08/2017, they did an inspection and discovered it missing. After checking their lot and documents, it could not be located. The vehicle, a 2016 Nissan N.V. white in color, 12 passenger, estimated value $36,000.00 was entered into NCIC as stolen

 Accused: Elvin L. Medina (23 YOA); 707 East Oak Road, Millville NJ 08332

?On 01/09/2017, the above subject was arrested during a motor vehicle stop for possession of a clear glass pipe with burnt copper wire mesh at one end commonly used for smoking crack cocaine. A search incident to arrest revealed a clear plastic bag which contained several small dried brown mushrooms, a small amount of marijuana and crack cocaine. Medina was charged with Possession of CDS and Possession of Crack Cocaine; 2C:35-10a(1) on Summons # 0614-S-2017-000049, Possession of Marijuana 50 grams or less than; 2C:35-10a(4) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; 2C:36-2 on Summons # 0614-S-2017-000050.

Arrested:  Hirial Washington 3rd, 48 male 130 Pamphila Avenue, 33, Bridgeton

The above subject was arrested on January 14, 2017 for a shoplifting from SEARS that occurred the prior day. On video surveillance, Hirial Washington was observed shoplifting several bedding items valued at total of $419.97. The following day he was arrested and charged with shoplifting. He was processed and released on a summon complaint pending court.
