On 01/01/2017, the above two subjects were arrested for possession of CDS marijuana during a routine patrol check in the area of Asselta Acres. Whilden and Tyshchenko were sitting inside a parked vehicle at the time which had a strong odor of recently smoked marijuana. A small amount of marijuana was discovered and they were placed under arrest. They were processed and released on summons complaints pending court.

The above two subjects were arrested during a motor vehicle stop at SW Blvd and Chestnut Ave. Perez had an outstanding Cumberland County Superior Court Warrant for her arrest. She was processed and turned over to Cumberland County Jail. Figueroa was found to be in possession of two crack pipes. He was arrested and released on a summons complaint for possession of drug paraphernalia.
